Remove the Funk from your Life

Firstly, I want to apologise for my husky voice today. I had COVID (yep it finally got me) and my voice went funny. That is also why there was no new episode last week so sorry about that. Due to COVID I am feeling incredibly tired and lethargic, so I wanted to get myself and help you as well.

Feeling lethargic is not something new for many people especially in the last 2 years. It has been hard for people to get out of their funk and to be normal again. You may be feeling lethargic for other reasons, whether mentally and physically and I wanted to share some tips to help you get out of the funk.
