In this week's episode I wanted to discuss how decluttering and organising can impact your mental health in a positive way.

Mental health is a subject that has been taboo for a long time, but is now being discussed more and more often. It is a subject close to my heart and I wanted to discuss how it can be improved by decluttering.

  • How to start the decluttering process.

  • The results from decluttering.
